Availability
When will nubbio be available?
nubbio is coming soon to the App Store. There is no release date yet.
Where can I get nubbio?
Only from the App Store and the Mac App Store. There are no downloads, licence keys or payments anywhere else, including on this website.
Which devices does nubbio run on?
Mac, iPhone and iPad.
Which languages does nubbio speak?
Eight: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil) and Russian. The translations are still in review.
Is there a beta or a waiting list?
No. When nubbio is released, it will be in the App Store.
Privacy and AI
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and start.
Where is my data stored?
In an encrypted database on your device, with its key in the Apple Keychain. nubbio runs no servers that hold your tasks, notes or decisions. More about privacy and security.
Does nubbio sync between my devices?
Not yet. Sync between devices is not available.
Does nubbio use AI?
Only if you turn it on. AI is off by default, and nubbio works fully without it. Commitment Radar uses rules, not AI.
Does the app track me?
No. There are no ads, no analytics and no third-party SDKs in the app. This website counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics; the privacy policy explains it.

How do I capture something quickly?
In the app, from the Mac menu bar with ⌃⌥N, or through the Share Sheet on iPhone. Type “Decide: …” in quick add to capture a decision.
Does nubbio set deadlines for me?
No. A date found in your notes is quoted, and a review date is only a reminder to look again. Deadlines are the ones you set.
Can I export my data?
Yes, everything, on every plan. You can also delete everything.
Plans and purchases
What does Free include?
Everything you plan yourself: tasks, notes, reminders and projects, unlimited lists, the Decision Inbox, search, Milestones, export and delete. Compare Free and Premium.
How much does Premium cost?
The price will be shown in the App Store before you buy.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Through your Apple account. Apple handles subscriptions, cancellations and refunds.
What happens to my data if Premium ends?
Nothing is deleted. Premium features stop, and export stays available.
