What is the Decision Inbox?
The Decision Inbox keeps the decisions you can’t make yet: the question, the options and why it matters. Set a date to look again or note who you are waiting for, then record the outcome when you decide. It is part of Free.
At a glance
| Plan | Free. Finding decisions in imported ChatGPT exports is Premium. |
|---|---|
| Capture | New Decision; “Decide: …” in any quick-add field; a pasted conversation or summary; nubbio’s prompt for ChatGPT or Claude |
| Review dates | A reminder to look again, never a deadline |
| Where it runs | On your device. Pasted text is read locally. |
Everything you need to decide later
Each decision keeps:
- what must be decided, and the question;
- the options;
- why it matters, as a note with links;
- the project it belongs to, if any;
- where it came from: added by you, or the conversation or text it was captured from, with the saved words.
Where a decision stands
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting you | You need to decide. |
| Waiting for someone else | It depends on a person or an answer, which you can name. |
| Review later | Set aside, with or without a date to look again. |
| Decided | The outcome is recorded. |
| Dismissed | No longer relevant. You can reopen it. |
Capture from ChatGPT or Claude
Paste a conversation or its summary, and nubbio reads it on your device. Or copy nubbio’s prompt into the conversation: the assistant replies with a short list that nubbio reads exactly.
Either way, you review every proposal before it is saved. Items already settled start unselected, and a possible duplicate is added as a source of the existing decision instead of a new one.
With Premium, you can import your ChatGPT export and review the open decisions nubbio finds in a conversation you choose.
Questions
Is a review date a deadline?
No. A review date is only a reminder to look again. A decision returns to Today on that date; without a date, it waits in the inbox.
Does nubbio connect to my ChatGPT or Claude account?
No. You paste text, or the answer to nubbio’s prompt, into nubbio yourself. For Premium’s ChatGPT history search, you import the export file you downloaded from ChatGPT.
Is the Decision Inbox free?
Yes. Capturing, reviewing and deciding are part of Free. Finding decisions in a ChatGPT export is Premium.
What happens when I decide?
nubbio records the outcome with its date. You can create a follow-up task in the same project, and you can reopen the decision later.
